CIOA Business Speed Meeting software has contributed to the success of the international exhibition energy, Mines and quarries (SEMICA - May 23-25, 2013 - Burkina Faso)


Business Speed Meeting is a software of management of meetings between compatible professionals, created by the CIOA. It manages entries in business meetings, to validate them, to take into account the selection of participants, arrange appointments and generate schedules. It also works well for physical (in the lounge) for virtual meetings thanks to the platform by visio-conference set up by the CIOA and meetings available to its users.


Business Meeting software has been adopted by the International Motor Show of energy, Mines and quarries (SEMICA) which took place from 23 to 25 may 2013 to Ouagadougou in Burkina Faso. This exhibition brought together professionals from the sectors of energy, mines and quarries or 300 companies from countries of Africa, America, Asia, Europe and Australia.


The main objective of this SEMICA 2013 was to encourage meetings and exchanges between professionals. Software Business Speed Meeting was therefore particularly welcome.
Not only, the organizers could manage entries in the meetings and programmed before the opening of the exhibition but also throughout the 3 days of event. The availabilities of those attending were able to be checked every day, so that visitors who were not registered can benefit from meetings face to face with the interlocutors who interested them.
